How does StashBox Storage work?
1. Schedule
Call us to discuss your storage needs and we will setup a time to drop off your boxes and pick them up when you are ready. You may also submit a Place Order Request and we will follow-up with you.
2. Pack
We will drop off your StashBoxes on the scheduled day and time. Simply pack all your items and lock your boxes. If we brought too many boxes don't worry you only pay for the ones you fill.
3. Store
Our professionally trained drivers will pick up your StashBoxes on the scheduled pick up date and take them to our secured indoor storage facility for safe keeping.
4. Return
When you need to have your boxes returned just give us a call and we will schedule a time for delivery. In order to receive free return delivery please allow us 48-72 hours. If necessary, a 24-hour rush delivery can be placed for a fee of $30. After we receive the empty StashBoxes we stop billing.

How much does a StashBox cost?
$19 per month; each additional $12 per month
What can I store?
Anything except for hazardous materials, illegal substances, weapons, explosives, or perishables.
In addition to our classic boxes we will store the following items: Suitcases, Bicycles, Golf Clubs
We can also provide a custom quote for other items such as furniture - Just ask!
How do I secure the StashBoxes?
Each StashBox comes with a locking mechanism that only you will have the key for. Upon pickup, a new lock can be provided for a small fee or you can provide your own lock. When we pick up your StashBox it will also be labeled with a tamper evident seal.
What are the options for payment?
We accept credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discovery. PayPal is also accepted. You will not be charged until your StashBox has reached our secure storage facility. An automatic payment will be taken from your account once every month on the same day. Cash or checks are only accepted when paying for 3+ months of storage in advance but not as monthly method of payment. All StashBoxes must be ready for pick up within 10 days of your drop off date.
Cancelling or Changing a Pick up or Delivery
No problem, just provide a 24 hour notice and we can reschedule.
Where is StashBox available?
Currently StashBox is only available in Arizona's major cities - Phoenix Metro, Tucson Metro, Prescott, & Flagstaff.

What are your hours of operation?
We are available Mon-Fri 7am - 8pm, Sat-Sun 8am-6pm
Pick-up & Delivery times can be scheduled between Mon-Fri 7am-8pm or Sat 8am-4pm
We are not available for Pick-up or delivery on Sunday.
